Cornerstone building brands is looking for a web applications developer iii to join its team supporting the atrium windows & doors product lineThis is a remote position reporting into the applications manager.
Assisting with developing, creating, and modifying software applications and specialized utility programs.
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions; design and customize software to optimize operational efficiency.
Analyze and design databases.
Add and improve functionalities of existing crm system and its components
Assist in providing estimates for tasks.
Participate in establishing two-week sprints from the prioritized backlog.
Assist in analyzing and identifying problems and implementing corrective action at web and system levels which will involve researching and implementing new technologies like ajax, jquery, json, python, diango, etc.
Work with team on new features and new product knowledge creation and execution.
Maintain high quality solutions through extensive testing.
Maintain performance slas, obtain product owner signoff, properly documented code and new implementation.
Follow established coding guidelines and standards.
Create reports using oracle apex, pl/sql and jsp for backend office.
Participate and implement changes to current architecture for longevity of the systems.
Provide solutions to current technical debt.
Adapt scrum methodology and follow controlled change product releases.
Utilize web technologies jquery, ajax to render quality web pages.
Create database objects in oracle.
Must possess bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering or closely related field
5 years of experience in job or as software developer, software programmer or software engineer
Occasional travel to site locations required for business needs
