Client service coordinator (scarborough, me)
About the position
As a member of the coretelligent team, the client service coordinator works closely with and supports the field and remote support teams to ensure all resources are properly scheduled and accounted for based on the needs of the client and our business.
Responsible for all engineer scheduling which includes: creating, revising, updating internal calendar, communicating to employees and clients, and seeking vice president of service delivery’s approval as needed
Responsible for time review including: ensuring punctual time entry and following when it is untimely, generating weekly reports, tech incentive time reporting, and training engineers on process
Responsible for reviewing engineer status reports for open items and following-up when something lingers
Schedule new engineer on-boarding meetings
Operate as an active and integral member of a dynamic team
Other job related duties as assigned
Must be proactive, resourceful, and efficient
Able to meet deadlines and adapt to a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities
Self-starter and team player
Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Must be proficient in microsoft excel and reporting
Must be proficient in microsoft outlook and calendar management
Great oral and written communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs and be responsive
Ability to professionally interface and work with many different personalities
Ability to prioritize, actively seek input and problem solve
Operate with a high degree of professionalism and hospitality
Bachelor`s degree preferred
2-5 years of administrative experience preferred
Experience working with sevicenow is beneficial, but not required
