We are creating the new position of general manager to lead the integration of vestrum with the wider organization and the implementation of an effective commercial and product strategy to drive growth and generate economic value.
Corevitas seeks to bring on-board a canada focused (can be us based with travel to canada) individual to focus on the integration and development of the vestrum offering from a commercial and operational perspectiveWorking closely with the overall business leadership and individual department heads, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the company vision, goals, and cultureThis is a pivotal role and carries with it an associated level of seniority and responsibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the integration efforts for vestrum with corevitas and specifically the emr specialty & claims team based in the uk
Coordinating with departments across the business including sales, operations, finance, product & hr to ensure the smooth functioning of the business
Supporting the expansion of the existing vestrum offering in order to generate revenue and drive growth
Leading, motivating, and managing the canada-based analyst and operational team
Helping set and meet operational key performance indicators (kpis) aligning with corporate strategy
Creating, reviewing, and improving organizational effectiveness and productivity through the development and maintenance of strong processes and governance
Upholding standards of excellence and high levels of quality
Working closely with finance, develop and agree the operational budget and deliver against the budget
Working closely with hr, hire and train additional staff as needed
Additional experience and qualifications
Bs degree, ideally in life sciences or technology
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a healthcare data operations management or leadership position
Acute understanding of emr solutions
Experience of working in a leadership role within a global organization across varied time zones and working cultures
Able to make data-driven decisions and own the outcomes of those decisions
Able to properly determine scope, key milestones, objectives, and dependencies of a project
Collaborative approach across departments to understand goals, objectives, and challenges
Analytical mindset, experience using product analytics and research tools
Up to 20%, including within canada and the us, with occasional trips to the uk.
