Copper river information technology* is looking for a sewp contracts specialist/inside sales to provide program management support to ensure compliance, minimize risk, and maximize contract revenue and profitability.
This position reports to the federal sales manager and evp, and is in chantilly, va or can be remote.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact with sewp pmo
Attend pm meetings that pertain to sewp
Manage all elements of sewpv contract execution
Prepare contract deliverable reports, keeps abreast of contractual terms and conditions while assisting in the preparation of contract modifications for price reductions, additions, discontinuances, and replacements of product, as well as version changes
Facilitate preliminary dispute resolution and coordinate with the copper river’s legal department as necessary, to maintain customer satisfaction and bring prompt closure to certain contract disputes
Identify and record key contract components within a specialized database, update the database as changes occur, and communicate said changes within the company
Ensure price and supply agreements are in place from award through completion
Ensure delivery of customer and technical support services
Manage a full range of contracts that face customers and/or partners (e.g., master purchase agreements, subcontractor agreements, teaming agreements, referral agreements, and others.
Respond to requests for contract changes, product substitutions, and/or technical refreshments
Collaborate with account executives to determine essential strategic approaches for sales
Contact customers prior to and following sales engagements to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
Create customer quotes and contracts
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
Drive demand generation campaign and lead qualification process with cold calls and like methods
Support the reseller communication channel throughout the sales interval
Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation
Emphasize service or product features and benefits, discuss credit terms, quote prices, and prepare sales order reports or forms
Capture accurate and complete information in customer relationship management system (crm)
Process sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s in marketing, business administration, economics, technology, or finance
Or four (4+) years business experience equivalent
Required knowledge/experience:
Two (2+) or more years of experience with inside sales or sales support experience
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build effective relationships and partner
Expert in the microsoft office suite (powerpoint, excel, word, outlook), with proficiency in database management (crm)
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Must be resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented with follow up skills
Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to-day activities
Ability and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Other responsibilities:
Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
Perform other duties as assigned
Must comply with all federal covid-19 related vaccination and testing requirements, including, but not limited to, those set out in executive order 14042
