As a technology business analyst, you`ll play an integral role in supporting functions that enable the effective and efficient delivery of servicesCollaborating with operational teams to improve & transform business processes, optimize knowledge, skills, productivity, and quality and ensure complianceServes as a primary liaison and facilitates assigned working sessions with operations teams to meet operational and customer objectives.
We need someone who can:
Participate in all phases of the sdlc to ensure implementation of system requirements.
Execute and own complex research initiatives and the analysis and resolution of technical issues, resulting from operational control breakdowns, legislative changes, or system problems.
Develops and maintain documentation of process flows, administrative summaries, and standard operating procedures.
Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Develops working relationships with client, third party vendors, ancillary service providers and/or other internal parties to ensure seamless delivery on specific tasks, special projects and/or participant issues.
Participate in internal communications on standard processes and reporting.
Troubleshoot application and data issues and direct to the appropriate contacts.
Understand and mitigate risk; escalate high risk, complex or problematic issues.
Manage complex project and work requests with consistent accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
Responsible for collaboratively researching, trouble-shooting issues, producing ad-hoc reports and root cause analysis.
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business practices to improve products and/or services.
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
All other duties as assigned by manager/leadership.
Qualifications:
2 years of business technology and programming experience required
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in data analysis using sql, vba, ms office or related technologies, preferred(can train if have other programming experience.)
Hr/benefits experience, a plus.
Education:
High school diploma, required; bachelor`s degree or above, preferred.
