The supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the ap customer service team
Oversee accounts payable, travel & expense and supply chain inquiries
Implement training for new hires and identifies training opportunities for current staff.
Oversee process improvement initiatives
Handle all team hr issues in accordance with company policy.
Ability to thrive in a changing environment utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Oversee the preparation of monthly metrics (sla/km’s) and ensure adherence
Assist with escalations and troubleshooting
Manage it access to client erp systems
Maintain a documented system of policies and procedures.
Comply with local, state, and federal government requirements.
Identify and recommend updates to accounting processes and procedures.
Provide reporting and analysis of data
Leverages decision framework and exercises sound judgement
Strong supervisory skills, with a customer-oriented attitude
Excellent communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and results oriented work ethic
Solid understanding of accounting/ap principles
Experience with travel and expense/supply chain is a+
Microsoft office proficiency
Education and experience:
Bachelors degree in accounting or business
5+ years of related exp required.
