Execute established benefits processes and seeks guidance from senior analysts as appropriate.
Triage, research, and response to intermediate participant issues, i.eEligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery.
Triages and researches intermediate system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.
Perform peer review on work completed by other peers.
Interfaces with external client contact to resolve day-to-day benefit questions.
Reviews benefit reports, determine the actions required, and directs team members as appropriate.
Identify system and process efficiency improvements.
Mentors and coaches lower-level team members.
Provide administration and consultative support for employer-based health, wealth, and engagement programs to optimize.
Hr, finance, and broader corporate strategiesInclude operations, call center, professional services, and client and vendor relationship management.
Experience with sql, mainframe and running scripts in putty is required.
Requires knowledge and experience in own field.
