As a srSolutions consultant at conductor you will serve as a technical liaison for the sales organizationThe role includes creation and delivery of product demonstrations, answering technical questions, gathering technical requirements, and providing technical support to the sales team.
Duties/responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales managers and sales team members for all technical aspects of a sales cycle in order to meet company objectives
Develop a high level of functional and applied knowledge of conductor’s products and their proper usage by customers and prospects
Deliver technical product presentations for prospects support competitive messaging for opportunities
Support partner initiatives and enablement
Present product demos and value proposition in a clear and professional manner
Consult with customers to gain an understanding of their business and technical requirements
Respond to requests for proposals (rfps), requests for information (rfis), and security requirements
Understands the core technology foundation (architecture, database, security, etc.) for platform and can quickly analyze the tech stack’s of our clients and prospects
Brings expertise and builds client’s confidence in the selection of conductor solutions by detailing the conductor on-boarding and integration process
Relates to the specifics of a client situation connecting the learnings from discovery process to the capabilities of conductor
Represent conductor at tradeshows, conferences and other events
Work in collaboration with sales, customer success, partner and product teams
Conduct business with integrity consistent with conductor’s values, policies and procedures
Required skills/abilities:
Minimum of 8 years pre-sales experience required
Previous seo experience required
Has an established track record of success managing high value deals in excess of $100k
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar field or equivalent experience
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
Expert level excel skills required for standard project work.
Working familiarity with apis and bi solutions
Proven ability to deliver compelling and engaging presentations to key decision makers and executives
Superior written and verbal communication skills, organization, and time management skills
Must be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative
Outstanding follow-up, organization and planning skills.
Strong customer service orientation - must be positive, friendly, and approachable
Strong proficiency in microsoft office/google drive
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
Ability to travel ~25%
