The learning team within merl has started to begin their work to scale the learning needs within all of global programThis position will grow the knowledge management teamThey will be responsible for the learning of nos, regions, and global around the program cycle, and all global program elementsThey will also create and maintain a warehouse for a learning centerA place for gp staff to learn about merl, program cycle, and other gp needsThis will include informal sources such as presentation recordings or zoom conference recordings, as well as formal reports and presentationsThis position will also ensure the sr director of merl and plt have the learning and presentation materials they need.

Selects, manages and develops assigned staff, establishing goals and objectives, coaching and managing performance, including discipline, motivation, and annual reviews; supports continuous learning and development that enhances individual performance and organizational capability. Leads a team of professionals to provide diverse functional expertise to global ministry programs in the areas of business intelligence, business analytics, and monitoring and evaluation. Working through subordinate professionals, champions holistic child development and provides the organization ongoing subject matter expertise in using high quality data to measure program inputs, outputs, outcomesProvides coaching and analytics development support to the national office in empowering program support staff and frontline churches in monitoring and evaluation and other analytics disciplines. Leads the development and implementation of tools and instruments that enable the partners and the program team to conduct empirical assessment through baseline surveys at the onset of partnerships and use the similar instruments to keep track of progress through generation of monitoring and evaluation reportsFurther oversees analysis of high quality baseline/needs assessment data to inform program design. Working through subordinate professionals, leads the development and adoption of partner compliance and adherence to standards, procedures, and policies related to program quality. Leads the development and implementation of dashboards to track critical program dimensions and performance that enables the national office to see meaningful improvements or decline in performanceManages the team to provide complex analysis and interpretation of dashboard metrics movement and regularly provide results to program leaders.
What do you bring?
Bachelor's degree evaluation, economics, econometrics, statistics, public health, or communications similar or the equivalent years of experience. Relevant work experience required to enable the individual to be able to successfully perform the job as listed.
