Compstat security is looking for an experienced commission-based sales agent/representative who will directly represent our company and exclusive range of products and services to target clientsThe right candidate must be excellent at sales, a good communicator, have an upbeat, engaging personality, with a massive drive for personal success!
Responsibilities, duties, and skills
Act as the subject matter expert on the technical selling points of our products and services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments with new clients.
Ability to recruit and meet with potential clients.
Establish positive relationships by ensuring timely response to all customer inquiries and concerns across all channels (email, telephone, social media, or in-person).
Update client databases and maintain a personal log of your contacts.
Accomplish minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales goals.
Have an entrepreneurial mindset backed by a proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sound consultative selling skills and mastery of the art of negotiation.
You are computer savvy and capable of learning new computer applications.
You must be extremely self-motivated.
