Member of hr support services and technology teamSupports hr divisions and coes in the implementation of strategic, multi-functional projects throughout all phases of project life-cycleCollaborates with hr leadership and other business stakeholders to implement value added projects and initiatives that support the core and common hr objectives and are aligned with commonspirit health’s mission, values and core strategies.

Essential key job responsibilities
Independently leads and directs projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
Work closely with sponsors, process owners, and subject matter experts to develop and deploy implementation plans and other project tools, establish metrics and improvement targets, drive projects to completion, and monitor effectiveness of solutions.
Work collaboratively with coes and divisions leading cross-functional teams in all aspects of the project life cycle: initiate, plan, design, develop, test, implement, close including current state assessment, process validation, organizational readiness, and post-implementation support.
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals through collaboration across coes, markets and other disciplines.
Support process improvement activities including new technology implementations, efficiency redesign, divisional and coe support.
Serves as point-person for internal and external project communications; communicates project milestones, completion dates, costs, risks, issues, contingencies and other significant matters to team and stakeholders.
Required bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-8 years of total project management experience required experience working in support services and technology with at least 3 of those years being in a project management role, with an emphasis in hr operationsMust have demonstrated knowledge and/or skills in the following areas:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Skills demonstrating effective analysis and decision making
General knowledge of hr tools and processes
Demonstrated skills to assess customer service requirements
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate objectives and execute project initiatives within the framework of overall organizational objectives
A compensation range of $85,000 - $125,000 is the reasonable estimate that commonspirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of postingCommonspirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
