What you’ll do
Analyze | you are the expert at all things facebookYou will be working with a handful of early stage d2c clients that generate up to $ million in annual revenueMany of these clients have had some historical traction through paid ads, and are ready to unlock incremental scaleYou will guide them by analyzing historical data, identifying big picture trends and opportunities, and then using that data to build campaign structures using ctc best practicesYour curiosity and problem-solving nature will help you tremendously in this analysis!
Execute | media buying is both an art and a scienceYou are continuously executing strategies on behalf of your clients, testing your hypotheses about why some structures, copy and creative work, and others don’tYou are always searching to improve, build, and chart out new paths to success for your clientsYou are constantly iterating on everything from creatives and copy to the overall paid strategy of your clientYou will write new copy, headlines, and even find, edit and advise on new creative assets for your client that tell fascinating truths about your client’s productsWith every decision you make in your ad account, you will be looking for wins to scale, and analyzing your losses to create and execute on a better strategy moving forward.
Communicate | you will be the primary point of contact for each of your clientsYou’ll be managing your clients day-to-day expectations and building a roadmap for stability and successYou will be reporting wins and learnings to your clients on weekly calls as well as via slack and email on a regular basisYour goal will be to become a partner and guide for your client to achieve their long term dreams.

Providing excellent, clear, and timely feedback to clients through email, slack, and conference calls. Diving deep into ad accounts, building new ads, new audiences, and writing new messages in order to achieve better financial returns on ad spend. Brainstorming big ideas, campaigns, offers, and determining the best way to communicate to customers. Showing up every day with the mission in mind of growing and serving your clients and teammates in everything you do.
Success in your first three to six months looks like
Seamlessly building ad account structures in line with ctc best practicesThis includes having structures that are backed by solid reasoning, follow naming conventions, and aim to test and/or scale a specific strategyYou will have the ability to problem solve and overcome most account issues that you encounter. Managing a full client roster (4.5 clients) and building great client relationshipsThis includes daily communication/updates as well as hitting set monthly kpi goals based on roas and spend. Collaborate with other ctc team members on optimization techniques and scaling strategies across ad accountsYou are always curious to learn more and understand that working together is almost always better than trying to solve difficult problems yourself.
What you’ll bring to the table
Proficiency with facebook ads manager is a must. 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at an agency, brand, or client-facing setting. Understanding of branding/messaging concepts, core marketing principles, cro, seo/sem, email marketing, and omnichannel strategy, preferred. Must have a unique combination of humility (willing to do the dirty work) and ambition (vision for what your future holds). A keen eye for detail in management of timelines and deliverables. Logical and analytical while being creative and curious. Skilled in project management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail. Ability to complete short-term and long-term goals in a proper manner. An insatiable curiosity, and an inability to leave a problem alone until you’ve found one or many different potential solutions. A desire to take risks - but only after carefully examining the calculus and determining that your chosen course of action is most effective.
