Inside sales coordinator
Interested in working from home and supporting our inside sales department? our inside sales department is growing rapidly and we are currently hiring to support our inside sales teamThis is an entry level role into the department and we are hiring people that have a customer focused mindset, pays attention to the details, can work flexible hours which may include weekends and wants to work for a great company that provides a service for our hard of hearing customersIf this role is perfect for you and you are able to and want to work from home then we encourage you to apply.
This position will report directly to the inside sales supervisor and will be based in a home office.
Work schedule: this position will be working a split shift, days off will be sunday and one
Day during the weekShift will go until 5:30pm pst(open to candidates in any time zone)
Responsibilities:
Manages scheduling and assignment of installation work orders.
Interacts with contracted install technicians as well as our business development managers to schedule sales installations, service requests and other customer needs as necessary.
Manages caseload associated with contractor work orders as well as processing technician work order approvals and payments to meet service level agreements.
Achieve monthly quotas through ensuring contractor installs are completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Responsible in meeting response time service level agreements for internal customer related inquiries
Actively works service and repair and install dashboards to monitor at risk work orders as well as respond to technician inquires.
Works directly with inside sales representatives to understand current sales volume and scheduling needs while ensuring all standard operational processes are followed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills and works well in a team environment
Must be detail oriented
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience working with salesforce.com or similar crm is a plus
Inside sales or scheduling experience is a plus.
Physical requirements:
Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:
Sitting, standing and walking (95-100%)
Keyboarding (40-60%)
Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone screen requiring close vision (40-60%)
Work environment:
Work is performed in a business or home office environment.
