Claro enterprise solutions is looking for a customer-centered sales engineer to provide global technological solutions for regional projectsThe ideal candidate has both technical skills and a consultative approach to working closely with the channel team to provide exceptional service to our diverse clienteleAfter carefully assessing our client`s needs, the sales engineer translates the client`s requirements into technological solutionsThe position will challenge the candidate in designing and deploying solutions involving technical solutions for us projects by using company available products/solutions, architectures, topologies, hardware, and software into complete customer communications needsTranslate customer requirements into technological solutions for data, voice, video and internet services in solutions related but not limited to sd-wan, mpls, ipvpn, nfv, ethernet, vms, network virtualization, cloud services (iaas & saas), itfs, ivr, contact center, unified communications, sip trunking, voice services, iot, it services to be delivered throughout the us.
Responsibilities: support to the sales team
Establish a trusted advisor relationship with decision-makers and senior buyers
Work in conjunction with clients and business representatives to understand the needs of business and develop necessary designs and plans to ensure projects and solutions satisfy those needs
Confer with customer, prospects, and salespeople to collect requirements
Prepare presentations with service offerings, case studies, and proof points
Develop technical graphics for the customer’s presentation (networks designed or in production)
Prepare technical documents or proposals on simple to complex technical subjects to support projects.
Penetrate and expand accounts through sales and operational, strategic account solution plans
Execute solutions’ presentations, demos and handle scenario sessions with prospects
Delivery of technical presentations for customers, prospects, strategic partners, and internal sales personnel.
Present solutions to network requirements using claro enterprise solutions & product suites to customer audiences ranging from c-level, product managers, and engineers.
Develop technical diagrams for the customer’s presentation (solutions designed or in production)
Prepare technical documents or proposals on simple to complex technical subjects to support projects.

Determining and defining a technology system solution for customer’ requirements, including the overall architecture, impacts to the existing system, components, major hardware/software functional blocks, interfaces, cost, and related implementation timeframes.
Make sure all requirements are fully understood by translating customer requirements into technological solutions.
The draw of network diagrams when preparing quotations for customers.
Keep an accurate record of materials used, expected deliverables, and milestones achieved
Management costing activities and proposed the most appropriate pricing models.
Engage with internal and external providers to optimize solutions and their costs.
Working with the company’s systems for processing requests: ordering, purchasing, provisioning, and billing.
Participate in rfps processes, non-standard requirements, and renewal of current services.
Engage with many areas of the company to solve issues of complex and non-standard projects: network design and operations, specialist engineers, marketing, product development, third party agreements, etc.
Participate in sales activity follow-up and kpi reporting.
Collaborate with sales opportunity updates in corresponding crm systems (salesforce a plus).

Qualifications:
Degree in engineering, electronic or telecommunications or computer science
5+ years experience in it/ telecommunication industry and supporting a sales team
Fluency in englishSpanish speaker (is a plus)
