We are working closely with our client in identifying a change & communication consultant to support the strategy and execution team while the organizational development lead is on sabbaticalYou will be responsible for planning and managing leadership development, transition and communication activities as assignedYou will work closely with communication and training colleagues to create and distribute innovative transition campaigns that support connection, belonging and transparency.
Start date: early february
Duration: minimum 14 weeks
Location: 100% virtual- working hours 8am5pm pt with some flexibility
Strong change management and implementation experience
Experience developing and executing organizational change strategy and plans
Bachelor’ s degree required
Strong creative ability, outstanding story-telling
Creative problem-solver, with the ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects autonomously
Outstanding time-management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
