The manager, account management will hire and build a team of account managersThis means identifying world-class talent, motivating and inspiring a team, building a strong team culture, and ultimately coaching and driving your team to hit their sales targetsYou’ll own and help build the account management strategy and lead the post-sale journey - driving best-in-class growth and retention rates across our customer accountsThe ideal candidate has strong customer acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to motivate a high-performing teamYou will also have a track record of leading high-velocity account management in a hyper-growth saas environmentThis is a unique opportunity as you will help build out the account management team in emea as well as manage several ams in the usThis is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the east time zone.
Lead an account management strategy and the team driving best-in-class upsell, expansion, and retention rates across our customers
Lead and build a high-performing team that successfully positions new products and use cases to expand clari’s footprint within complex accounts across multiple personas
Maintain an accurate growth and renewal forecast for your team, while continuously testing, measuring, and improving the high-touch account management process
Establish trusted relationships with key strategic accounts and manage opportunities across your team
Partner across clari’s customer success, product, engineering, and support teams to prioritize and address customer needs
7+ years combined experience in the following functions: strategic sales, account management, renewal sales, or technical consulting, with 3+ years in a management capacity for a high-growth saas organization
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing deep customer relationships, including executive-level relationships at key accounts across customer segments
A people person that understands technology, with strong business acumen and strong communication, both written and verbal
Experience selling/managing within the sales tech landscape and/or with emea accounts is a plus
