The sgm sales account specialist works directly with the sgm sales team and their assigned clientsThe sgm sales account specialist will develop strong working relationships with each sgm sales executive and be responsible for handling sgm customer relationships including cross-sells and upsells to all existing sgm accountsAdditionally, you will provide ongoing support to the sgm sales executive team and be responsible for performing administrative tasks, including resolving invoicing issues, meeting coordination, and facilitating internal communicationsAs an sgm account specialist, you will be trusted to communicate proficiently and in a timely manner with the sgm client base – with a special emphasis and focus on engage open clients and meetings management clientsYou will need to be professional, and purpose drivenThis position requires the ability to build relationships, be accountable, adaptable and to be constantly learning.
About the role:
Finding solutions to the concerns of existing sgm clients, especially engage open clients and meetings management clients.
Cross-selling accounts (meetings, websites, & more)
Upselling accounts (ssl, sms, design changes, training, etc.)
Create support tickets and follow up accordingly when necessary for clients
Create return authorization requests after it goes through escalation with eam
Campaign creation and facilitation, account-based/needs-based outreach
Retrieving sales support documentation (certificate of insurance, financial forms, etc.)
Coordinate sgm user group (rug) meetings
Facilitate interdepartmental communications and process
Ongoing salesforce data cleansing, creation, and upkeep
Provide renewal numbers and documentation
Create quarterly business reviews (qbr’s) as requested by account manager
Research into city/county’s plans and financials for useful information in qbr’s
Ability to create reports in salesforce and alter the report in a way to pull information needed for the sgm team.

Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
