Representative responsibilities
Development
Produce software that delivers requested functionality by following the unified software development processDeliver quality software by possessing a working knowledge of modern modular programming techniques for implementation of customer needsPerform software testing, corrects program errors, using methods such as modifying program or altering sequence of program steps.
Systems programming
Analyze, design, implement, and maintain moderately complex systems programmingWork with other team to develop technical designs and participate in technical and code reviewsWork with team to design, write, and prepare complete user and technical documentationUtilize development lifecycle process and documentation to implement and support system solutions.
Requirements gathering
Prepare detailed use cases and activity diagrams to illustrate the customer needsCollaborate with customers to obtain and analyze project specificationsPropose a viable overall design approach by analyzing the possible courses of action and associated impacts.
Support
Ensure outstanding end-user support is provided, including ongoing monitoring of service level agreements for incident management and collaboration with other areas to ensure customer-centered incident management and support.
Education
