We’re looking for an energized, highly motivated and talented learning associate who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact to employee learningYou will work to ensure the execution of learning opportunities align to business initiatives and strategic prioritiesYou will ensure learning programs are built and executed to a standard that enables employees in the gcn services organizations to reach their business goalsYou will own and drive the project management of learning programs which include but are not limited to customer service and tactical elements, planning, execution and measurementThe ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to interact, with various levels of leadership, apply the latest concepts in adult learning techniques to various methods of delivery, and have a sound understanding of learning measurement.
Manage all learning project related tracking, including complex project management, sourcing learning solutions, providing timely status updates, managing critical timelines, and deliverables
Handle status reporting, client communication and regular meeting cadence with clients and human resources Execute using existing templates, standards, and documentation of all l&d projects & processes Act as a liaison between third party vendors to troubleshoot issues and plan programs Address ad hoc learning questions and needs with clients as they arise ensuring quality customer service Liaise with internal teams, including subject matter experts, to partner on content development and delivery Evolve and innovate current processes and legacy approaches Present project updates and provide insights to business leaders Apply analytics and metrics to evaluate post-training survey data and use sound judgment to outline actionable insights to manager and business leaders Provide input to develop overall learning budget requirements and manage learning expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements Keep informed of new learning & development methods, best practices and thought leadership Develop and introduce tools to facilitate career development and growth within client groups contributing to the evolution of a high impact learning organization
