We are looking for a talented visual designer for a direct hire / full-time opportunity for a fully remote role with offices based in massachusetts.
Visual designer responsibilities:
Design compelling visual designs and user interfaces using best practices in typography, layout, and color for the execution of marketing and website projects.
Build web pages and maintain site updates and graphics by coordinating with copywriters, marketing specialists, and ux.
Support all phases of the web creative design process from ideation to launch, using best practices in typography, layout, color, and information hierarchy, ensuring consistent application of the brand.
Ensure proper branding by following and updating design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Help with the digital transformation and design for large brands and platforms, cms’s, and design systems.
Visual designer requirements:
5 years of experience working in a similar capacity.
Knowledgeable and proficient with word, excel, outlook, crm, and adobe suite.
Up to date with latest ux/ui trends, techniques and technologies for desktop and mobile applications.
Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with stakeholders.
Proven ability to generate supportive visual assets for larger brand systems beyond logos, logotypes, or basic components.
