Develop and build high performing commercial teams to become more effective, collaborative, impactful business groups
Partner with commercial leadership and hr to develop and execute strategies to build overall team capability through strong leadership and coaching with a developmental focus, in line with cst’s established talent management and talent acquisition processes
Direct all aspects of sales management including sales retention, customer satisfaction, customer retention, forecasting, account planning, monthly/quarterly business reviews, contract/legal reviews, and optimization of b2b and channel strategies
Serve as a cross functional conduit with business leaders, product managers, and marketing and sales managers to develop to high impact strategic initiatives
Nurture the development of partnerships with potential and existing high value customers
Collaborate with your colleagues to identify innovative strategies and efforts to mitigate competitive influx while increasing account penetration and sales.
Evaluate and recommend market penetration and lead generation initiatives in the life science market
Continually provide market feedback to the organization around customer trends, market development, competitive activities
What you will bring to the team....
Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field - master`s or mba degree is helpful
3+ years sales management experience in the life science industry - antibody solutions experience preferred
1+ years of laboratory experience working with antibody applications, preferably western blot (wb), immunohistochemistry (ihc), flow cytometry, immunofluorescence (if), and/or chromatin immunoprecipitation (chip)
Proven leadership skills in developing and building high performing successful commercial teams
Critical thinking, strategic business planning and execution to meet and exceed goals
Proficiency with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking through salesforce crm and other designated it tools
Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset
Commitment to open communication, transparency, continued development and performance management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with many diverse customer audiences, such as scientific leaders, researchers, procurement, lab operations, economic decision makers and other influencers to gain commitment, acquire resources, and achieve desired results
