The director of strategic marketing lifestyle is responsible for leading the strategic marketing and technology staff for the us retail businessesIn this role, you will be accountable for directing the development and implementation of north america´s strategic marketing and technology plans based on the company goals, as well as build strategic capabilities that drive growth and that accompanies our retail strategyYou will lead a team to develop our product and brand portfolio, business model choices and services, consumer insights and customer marketing to set the strategy, by partnering with the commercial director.
Lead the design, development and implementation of annual marketing programs within the retail business including overall retail strategy, customer channel and brand strategies, portfolio and offerings to ensure the business competitivenessProvide tactical marketing leadership to the business by ensuring a relevant and compelling offering to satisfy customers and grow profitability in the customer segments we choose to serve, including innovation, consumer insights, customer marketing and brand leadershipEnsure that the strategic marketing and technology are aligned with commercial and our broader retail business needsConduct annual business planning for the new product services and solutions budget, including marketshare, gross margin, brands, species and customer channels to support business results and growthWork closely with the sales teams to ensure the development of relevant brand and channel strategies to serve and grow with our customers, manage winning products portfolios and drive the incorporation of consumer and marketplace trendsDevelop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actionsYou will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needsOther duties as assigned qualifications
Bachelor`s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Three years of supervisory experience
Three years or more of strategic leadership experience
Portfolio management experience within the consumer packged goods space
Previous transformation and/or integration experience short description
