Full job description
The role of the full-time/remote client success account manager at carevive is to build lasting relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction and reference-ability and ensuring they are fully utilizing our software and services through alignment of goals, communication, active engagement.
Essential responsibilities
Provide account leadership, facilitating and supervising all activities in customer accounts
Responsible for customer upsells and renewals with a goal to achieve revenue and retention targets.
Monitor overall account health and proactively engage internal teams to ensure that satisfaction remains high
Creative problem-solving skills and initiative to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency
Utilize product knowledge to provide products, services and solutions that strengthen relationships and increase the value to our customers.
Conducting professional and engaging product demonstrations virtually or in person.
Develop strategic account plans to drive adoption and expansion of footprint in organization
Anticipate needs and identify opportunities to maximize software tools and benefits.
Manage questions/concerns/issues to resolution by aligning priorities with internal staff
Provide timely updates to requests and issue resolutions to keep customers informed
Understand roi and how to drive achieving increased value
Monitor success metrics and progress towards achieving those goals
Engaged resources as needed to provide best practice recommendations
Driving continuous improvement to the beyond platform, solutions, and processes by sharing customer feedback with customer experience, sales, and product teams.
Qualifications (education & experience)
Education: bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
3+ years of relevant customer service experience in healthcare/it
2+ years of account management experience, i.eIdentifying and promoting additional products and services that can enhance client satisfaction and roi
Oncology experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate and proactively address needs, maintain relationships with clients and obtain feedback to ensure satisfaction
Ability to effectively communicate, escalate and engage relevant departments to resolve client issues
Work remotely <30% travel required
