What you will do:
Proactively drive and influence the decision-making processes by delivering key insights (using data analysis) and outcomes within the business leadership teams.
Facilitate the overall sales planning process from goal setting and incentives alignment through results measurement and commissions payout
Influence and work cross-functionally to align functional plans, identifying, and actively managing risks and issues to resolution to ensure successful launch
Help refine our financial reporting and crm infrastructure into a single source of truth that scales
Project manage globally applicable projects amongst all teams to ensure global consistency in the design, development, and rollout of new solutions
Provide oversight to invoices working very closely with finance to ensure accurate data is captured and transmitted
Create monthly and quarterly content for executive presentations and external reporting
Track and measure key performance and projection metrics such as pipeline generation, quota achievement
Experienced in managing complex programs and tracking open projects, tasks, events, etc., and holding teams responsible for meeting set deadlines
Manage contract and renewal process in coordination with sales
You have:
Strong background in sales operations with several years of experience owning sales planning and operations processes (saas a plus)
Experienced in collaborating with sales teams, including incentive/commission plans
Highly analytical mindset – advanced excel skills with a strong understanding of crm infrastructure (hubspot preferred)
Ability to conduct meaningful analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable messages and deliverables
Thrives in fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment to drive results
Understands the saas customer lifecycle from prospect to engaged customer, through both a revenue economics and a staffing perspective
Combination of strong intellect, exceptional active listening skills, and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information that can be easily consumed by various executive audiences
Financial and/or accounting background a plus
