Compass group north america, is seeking a full time, salaried senior sales director for canteen inside sales, to be based remotelyThis professional top-performer will be an organized self-starter who will lead an inside sales team as well as assist in special projects and administering special projects, as necessaryReports to the vp of sales enablement and training for the compass group.

Oversees and leads the success of the canteen inside sales team in addition to helping and administering projects, as needed

The ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage your calendar when dealing with multiple projects, training meetings, 1:1 meetings and leadership meetings, as needed
Ability to adapt, pivot and lead their team in special projects for multiple sector calling campaigns
Develops project scope details for call campaigns
Helps to develop established call and email templates/scripts to use when calling prospects
Works collaboratively with the director of inside sales training to onboard, strategize and create a training plan for new and tenured sellers, based on what the sellers goals are
Occasionally may call prospective customers in designated market area to qualify opportunities and attempt to gain appointments for canteen’s sales team
Works with sales analyst, to ensure qualifying data being entered correcting into crm i.eContact name, title, direct phone number, email address, incumbent, population, segment, contract expiration dates, tenancy and square footage.
Utilizes information gathering and resource websites to generate accurate direct contact/decision maker connections including zoominfo, costar, linkedin sales navigator, video messaging, sales enablement platform, etc.
Will utilize crm to pull reports of individual sellers to capture lead generation and activity - currently dynamics365
Will utilize a sales enablement platform to ensure kpi’s are met for sector specific sales teams
Prepares reports including but not exclusive to: summarizing activities, opportunities/sales leads and ultimately sales revenue contributions per inside sales director for sector specific sales teams, per line manager’s request.
Maintain relationships with sector specific marketing teams, leadership and operations to filter and provide public facing content
College degree required
Knowledge of crm databases required
Ability to set boundaries and follow them
Proficient in the use of windows based office software including, but not limited to, microsoft office, word, excel, powerpoint, teams and outlook
Proficient in use of multiple sales research tools and digital/social media
Previous inside sales experience
Previous experience within industry
Strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of executives
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
Can have difficult conversations and coach impediments proactively
Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
Ability to use working knowledge of environment to meet established goals and objectives
Glass-half full mentality and outlook
Managerial experience preferred
