The executive account director is responsible for guiding business operations, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing campusworks project teams to drive client satisfaction and growthThe executive account director defines the strategic direction of campusworks within an existing client by cultivating a trusted relationship with a broad set of campus constituents to ensure campusworks teams see the big picture for the institutionThe executive account director listens to the president/chancellor and connects the dots between and among the symptoms communicated, the problems identified, and the institutional goals to drive continued customer satisfaction and identify business growth opportunities for campusworks.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients (and prospects) by understanding their needs and anticipating potential challenges
Establish and maintain broad campus relationships beyond president/chancellor, inclusive of executive, functional office, it, and academic leadership
Oversee communication between client executive leadership and campusworks project teams
Oversee and achieve customer satisfaction goals while balancing the fiscal health of campusworks and client needs
Achieve a new business bookings quota by driving lead generating activities and directing business development activities for client upsell, renewals, and extensions to achieve growth targets
Achieve a territory revenue target by coordinating internal and external resources to ensure services exceed client expectations within defined margin goals
Analyze and leverage financial and service delivery data to drive insights to action for achieving financial goals
Maintain a deep understanding of budgets, forecasting, proformas, and service pricing/business models to balance company financial goals and client budgets
Experience and education
10+ years of relevant experience in client relationship management, business development and higher education leadership
Extensive senior leadership experience managing complex relationships in a matrixed environment
Demonstrated history of achieving territory or practice defined fiscal goals

Capability to establish and maintain broad campus relationships beyond president/chancellor, inclusive of executive, functional office, it, and academic leadership and how to maintain them over an extended period
Ability to solve complex problems for clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of our client`s unique challenges and opportunities for improvement
Ability to perform tree top prospecting activities by leveraging existing client executive leadership relationships to identify potential new clients
Comfortable as the focal point of campusworks` executive presence to drive campusworks activities so that the result is client delight
Ability to stay current with a broad set of higher education trends to establish a trusted advisor status beyond campusworks` current contracted work
