Performance Test Engineer

Right now we are looking for an exceptional Performance Test Engineer to join our Team.
What you will do:
Identify areas of improvement for quality of testing and automation, prioritize and plan implementation with Performance Engineering Lead.
Working with other Performance Engineers to complete End-to-End Performance Testing releases.
Continuous learning on Performance Testing and Engineering concepts
Working on Performance Testing and Engineering tasks assigned by Lead.
Working in a fast-paced environment using Agile Methodologies.
Review and comprehend product specifications to develop a clear, detailed understanding of project requirements.
Collaborate with other team members to determine product testing priorities, develop level of effort estimates and track and report progress.
Write performance test plans, create, and automate test cases.
Execute test cases including collecting system and application performance data during testing.
Consolidate test results into clear and concise reports.
Create and track detailed JIRA issues for any performance or scalability problems.
Work closely with functional testers to ensure that any functional issues that may be revealed during performance testing are verified and reported.
Rapidly iterate through testing of solutions to verify their effectiveness.
1+ years of Performance or QA testing experience.
Must have strong Problem-Solving skills using Analytical, Logical, and Rational thinking.
Must have strong knowledge of Java and SQL.
Must have effective communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have knowledge or working experience on any Load testing tool such as Jmeter, Load runner etc.
Nice to have knowledge/experience of Manual and/or Automation Testing for APIs and UI based applications.
Nice to have experience working in *nix environments.
Nice to have experience working with scripting languages like Python, ShellScript.
Nice to have experience developing and executing automated performance tests utilizing JMeter.
Nice to have experience with system and java performance analysis using open-source tools.
Nice to have experience working with at least one of the Cloud technologies (AWS, AZURE, GCP)
Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
