Involved in the relationship management of tele-broker partners in the implementation of initiatives to sell medicare products for aetna and other carriersPosition will ensure tele-brokers have all the information needed for success in the initiatives and work with them to optimize programs.
Collaborates with external vendors, external consultants, consulting team members and/or matrixed staff as required in support of sales initiativesAccountable for transferring knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology and tools to tele-broker partnersParticipates as a team member, may be responsible for concurrent initiatives or act as team lead for less complex projects based on resource requirements.
Leads the work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects or programs, through to implementation, that impact multiple processes, systems, functions, and products.
Provides guidance to colleagues, responsible for portions of projects with guidance and directionContributes to the resolution of complex problems; analyzes possible solutions using expertise, judgement, and precedentsIdentifies problems, secures relevant information, and identifies possible causes and solutionsActs as an advisor and uses marketing and technical skills to contribute to the development of strategic company objectives.
Track and analyze sales processes to ensure accurate understanding of quotes, submitted and issued sales, and persistencyIdentify gaps in processes and work with subject matter experts to identify solutions.
Experience with managing moderate scale initiatives with moderate degree of complexity.
5+ years experience with direct sales and / or sales support especially for health insurance and medicare products.
Demonstrated relationship management skills; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.
Demonstrated superior business process, and project management experience.
Experience with managing multiple platforms as part of a sales ecosystem.
Technical expertise in managing data transfers including sftp protocols, multiple sales support systems.
