Support the aetna ibu fully insured book of business including project work, communication needs as well as other areas as identified throughout the yearEnsure that aetna health plan has appropriate communications in advance/tandem with pbm communications when they divert from the pbm process or solution
Leading key business initiatives and special assignments with strategic and operational impact
Support and investigate member level escalations received from account management that require timely resolution
Includes facilitating meetings, tracking tasks/owners, obtaining status, keeping colleagues on track in both time & budget, and escalating when appropriate
Process improvement reviews, creation, and maintenance
Ability to read-out to all levels of management, when necessary
Size and complexity of the key initiatives will vary but tend to be medium to high
Coordinating between multiple teams for progress against shared objectives
Provide assistance with issue resolution, as needed
4+ years of experience in a health care support role
Organizational/project management skills
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), expert level presentation skills
Problem solving abilities / “out of the box thinking” / critical thinking skills
Proficient in microsoft outlook, word, excel, powerpoint and sharepoint
General understanding of pbm operations
Prior experience in the following industries: pbm and/or health plan
