The talent acquisition team is critical to the continued success at cvs health and our future growth plansAs the sourcing manager you will support the cvs health and aetna analytics team with a team of sourcers reporting to youYou will work with your recruiting manager peers to help rebuild, innovate and enhance our current sourcing, recruiting and hiring processesThis will help us be more effective, improve metrics and provide a world class hiring manager and candidate experience.
You will lead the charge as a point of contact for partners
And peers within talent acquisitionThis includes but not limited to:
Manage and develop a team of sourcers
Partner with the recruiting manager, business leaders and key human resource partners to design, build, execute, and measure a sourcing plan to attract the world’s best talent.
Serve as the talent acquisition sourcing manager for the data and analytics team
Onboard and train new sourcers, manage the day to day sourcing activities and workload of the team to identify, evaluate and implement key process changes and strategy.
Act as a consultative partner with hr business partners, business leaders and recruiting managers around industry and hiring trends and the competitive marketplace
Use data to solve problems in all areas of recruiting and
Define success, translate metrics into usable insights for
Improve processes and efficiencies and champion
Innovative talent acquisition ideas with regards to top of
Funnel activity and high-fidelity throughput.
Demonstrate cvs health values and behaviors through
Function as subject matter expert for team tools and
Resources such as: candidate crm, applicant tracking system, cognos, and sharepoint.
Lead/attend regular calls with the ta team, business
Leaders and/or hrbp’s.
Lead project teams and execute initiatives across your
5+ years of talent acquisition experience
3+ years of experience with a client or candidate relationship manager or other robust candidate relationship tools
3+ years of experience with managing, coaching and mentoring a team of direct reports
2+ years of experience with developing expansive creative sourcing and research strategies for large projects

Solid understanding of marketing tools and applications
Effectively build, monitor and measure social media recruiting efforts.
3+ years of experience with managing reports and manipulating data to help make accurate decisions and present to leaders both in ta and with the business
Experience working on a talent acquisition team that supports analytics roles such as data scientists and data engineers
Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent work
