In partnership of with the vp and cmo at cvs kidney care, the director of evidence generation will serve as the strategic thought leader for evidence generation and scientific communications at cvs kidney careThe director of evidence generation will lead the development and delivery of integrated clinical and health economic evidence across the spectrum of cvs kidney care’s products and services.
Additional responsibilities of the director of evidence generation include but are not limited to:
Establishing strategic partnerships with health care institutions and clinical thought leaders.
Delivering new initiatives, capabilities, and leading large scale impactful medical initiatives.
Collecting and reporting in clinical study designs and study execution.
7+ years of in-depth knowledge of the use and management of digital and claims personnel and data along with healthcare analytics for medical evidence generation.
7+ years of a strong analytical skill set, with an understanding and awareness of the direction of big data and ai execution in supporting medical evidence generation such as health economics and outcomes, real world evidence, external sponsor research or university sponsored research

Master`s degree in the medical field
Experience in establishing strategic alliances and partnerships with health care institutions and clinical thought leaders in many demographics.
Ability to influence strategically and persuade tactfully in a matrix environment, to obtain desired outcomes while maintaining effective, positive organizational relationships.
Proven track record in delivering new initiatives, capabilities, and leading large scale impactful medical initiatives.
Strong experience and deep understanding of clinical study design and study execution.
