Full job description
Handle any technical issues presented that pertain to the imagelink systemThe imagelink technical support representative is expected to troubleshoot and solve daily issues as well as develop strategies for product and service improvement.
In addition to working as prescribed in our performance factors, specific responsibilities of this role include the following:
Install imagelink software/hardware
Maintain current/historical knowledge of the imagelink software/hardware troubleshoot imagelink software/hardware
Monitor/maintain imagelink servers and backup solutions
Communicate with customers to determine causes of problems to reach resolutions
Analyze trends in issues and suggest solutions
Handle 24-hr emergency support calls when scheduled.
The employee must have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills, must be detail-oriented and able to follow through with issues to resolution, and must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
In addition, the employee meet the following requirements:
4-year degree or equivalent experience
Remain current regarding it technologies and applications
Remain current regarding related evident products
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Full covid - 19 vaccination status
Occasional travel - 25% or less
