This is a remote position#li-remote responsibilities: a day in the life:
Hiring, training, and preparing call center representatives to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products
Coaching and motivating customer service representatives.
Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies to deliver the perfect customer experience
Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls
Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements and escalating to tier ii manager as needed
Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing ongoing training or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary
Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call center goals
Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction
Qualifications: you are a contender if you have:
High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years call center, customer service, or supervisory experience required
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Experience with managing teams using a crm (preferred)
