Calibre, an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is seeking an applications developerThis position has the ability to be performed remotely from a home office.
The role will support the development of an oracle hcm erp to support army non-appropriated activitiesThe ideal candidate has experience in oracle hcm cloud modules focused on hr, benefits, payroll, and time keeping.
Duties:
Responsible development of fast formulas
Building and loading conversion hdls
Integrations
Reports development for leading a team of developers to build inbound and outbound interfaces
Required skills
Other experience can include bi publisher, hcm extract, hdl, ucm or other cloud-based tools such as mft (managed file transfer)
Ability to obtain security + within 6 months
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Required experience

Ability to obtain comptia security+ certification within 6 monthsTraining and boot camp support is provided.
(desired) bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in oracle programming
Prior large scale deployment of oracle hcm in a cloud based environment
Dod experience preferred
