Burnalong is looking for an experienced and ambitious sales executive to help grow our important channel relationships with brokers and consultants.
If you are a self-starter with a stellar track record winning new business, whether by selling software solutions into major accounts or building deep partnership channels in health and wellness, this is a tremendous opportunity to join a high-growth series a startup poised for rapid expansion.
What you`ll be doing:
Exceed quota targets and drive new business with a tight focus on maintaining your pipeline
Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure sustainable growth across our highest value existing clients and channel relationships
Cultivate deep relationships and become a trusted advisor and advocate for your clients from junior level contacts up to the c-level
Represent burnalong well – you are the public face of the company for our key accounts
Embrace and contribute to the continued evolution of the strategic accounts team including cross-functional work with your counterparts in customer success
Who you are:
At least 7+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales working with / selling into brokers and consultants, and a demonstrated history of overachieving quota
Experience selling a complex solution into the c/svp level
Experience building channels or ecosystem relationships preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for new channels and areas of growth
Very organized and strong multi-tasker, who can easily manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
Comfortable with crms / committed to using them
Make things happen attitude
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (post covid)
Team-player, you will help set the tone for our growing team

Compensation: base salary plus commission plus stock optionsLots of room for growth with the company.
