To ensure growth plans, homewisedocs is searching for a positive, hard-working, self-motivated individual to expand the florida market while sustaining the existing client baseWhat youâll do: the ideal candidate for this position will be an extremely motivated and competitive individual that wants to push themselves to a new level in their careerWe are looking for someone that takes an enormous amount of pride in their work and is always searching for the next way to improve themselves both personally and professionally.
The territory sales manager will work cohesively with the sales team to drive revenue and close new businessPrimary responsibilities:
Strategically find, qualify and develop new business.
Successfully close new business contracts by understanding each client’s needs and expectations, and offering compelling solutions.
Act as an expert in the nuances of in his/her market and accounts, and play a critical role in reaching the company’s annual projections.
Take control of and manage the entire sales process:
Lead generation
Field and remote cold calling and demos
Coordination and attendance at industry trade shows
Closing new business,
Managing the implementation process
Retaining the existing client base
Ensure a seamless transition through our internal implementation and operations teams to deliver on our promise of service excellence.
The position requires moderate regional travel within florida, and occasional travel outside the territory.
Required knowledge/skills/abilities:
2-5 years account management or sales experience
Proven track record and ability to consistently close new sales
Ability to work independently and without supervision
Consistently meet or exceed specified sales objectives
Proven ability to travel frequently and productively
Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency at developing a network of referrals among industry service providers and clients
Be extremely knowledgeable in computers and proficient with pc applications, including word, excel outlook and powerpoint
Work effectively with internal personnel
Manage expenses and maintain crm accurately and on a timely basis
Handle requests in the best interest of both the client and company
Multi-task and be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Preferred knowledge/skills/abilities:
Industry experience and certifications is a plus #li-remote #li-lb2
