Technical sales account manager
Brooks is a growing, fast-paced technology leader of automation solutions which support the dynamic and expanding semiconductor and life sciences lab marketsAt brooks, new ideas, technologies, and ways of thinking are driving our futureOur customer-focused culture encourages employees to embrace innovation and collaborate with one another to achieve new heightsThe technical sales account manager is a critical team member of the sales group supporting the account managers throughout several business groups within brooks.
What you’ll do:
The position is an outward and inward focused positionResponsibilities include custom quoting through oracle qn processProvide timely response to requests for drawings, specifications, data sheets, etc.
The individual will ensure compliance with contract review procedures for all productsThe individual will own all escalations from the customer interfaceAdminister and track all contract review documentationRegional escalation/tooldown point of contact for accountsOwns internal customer metrics and closure of those deliverables (through account manager).
The individual will be the focal point for product/technical questions from the customersThey will be the primary contact with the factory and will be able to identify systemic issues while addressing customer specific needsThey individual will be the main support liaison for the account manger, business units and customers.
What you’ll bring:
The individual should be highly self-motivated.
Be able to work well in a cross-matrix environment.
Strong understanding of oracle, agile and of brook’s processes and procedures.
Customer oriented and have good writing and communication skills.
Proficient in microsoft office products (excel and powerpoint).
