We are seeking an experienced strategic account executive to help us introduce the tdx saas platform to commercial clients and optimize the future world of work globallyThis individual will lead business development efforts to consult, strategize deliver enterprise software solutions for global companies who are looking to build, expand or optimize extended workforce programs around contingent and sow initiativesThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling saas and large, enterprise sales from interest through closeThis individual must be able to navigate complex buying situations successfully while being attuned to a buyer’s readiness, willingness and ability to engage the global workforce supply chain.
Work with a dedicated strategic account executive in a specific industry vertical to target commercial conversations within accounts. Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and territory/account plans that demonstrate readiness to manage a territory and future team. Apply challenger selling, challenger customer, solution selling, s.p.i.n selling, questioned-based selling or social selling best practices to manage brightfield sales lifecycle & processes Prepare for and engage in conversations with the partner ecosystem and commercial prospects. Proficient in salesforce.com Attend industry events to build pipeline and advance sales opportunities. Deliver commercial teachings, online and in-person product demonstrations and execute sales plans that eliminate objections while building buyer trust Present business cases & proposals as well as coordinate customer references, execute support meetings and group presentations as needed within the sale process
Minimum of 7 to 10+ years’ experience in new logo saas, enterprise sales or strategy consulting in erp, hcm, etc. Extensive experience in building industry verticals around territory planning, prospecting, relationship development, pricing, delivery, negotiations and closing Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets in similar role Highly skilled in identifying & empowering early adopters of saas and business intelligence platforms. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to travel (up to 30%) Experience working in a cross-functional team and collaborating with business development representatives, sales engineers and partner ecosystem. Bs/ba degree required
