Position summary
The b2b regional account manager (ram) is responsible for customer development and sales growth in national accounts within their assigned territoriesMost of the ram’s time is spent building strategic plans, prospecting new business opportunities, working with internal leaders and key national account customers to drive incremental revenue, branded unit growth, and gross profitThe territory for this role is (arizona, colorado, new mexico, utah & wyoming)The ideal candidate will be located in the phoenix az metro areaOvernight travel may be required for this roleThis role reports directly to the b2b regional sales manager, west region.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales goals for the defined territory
Understand customer needs and provide product and service recommendations to address them.
Develop and maintain long-term and profitable customer relationships with new and existing fleet customers.
Provide training and support on national account programs and processes
Resolve fleet customer issues within the defined territory
Organize visits to current and potential fleet customers to capture business opportunities.
Support customer service expectations and address concerns
Other duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications
Five years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
