Responsibilities
Work on-site or remotely with dmr partners to drive engagement, focus, and support proactive selling activities
Provide pre-sales support for account managers
Manage and conduct product training and marketing events
Become the trusted adviser for customer conferencing and teamwork opportunities
Increase overall bose conferencing solutions brand awareness
Building strong relationships within dmr partners to generate revenue and opportunities
Develop a cohesive business plan for the dmr partners to implement effectively against
Team with strategic conferencing solution partners to jointly promote bose within dmrs
Work with assigned partners to generate prospective customers through channel campaigns and channel promotions and account mapping activities
Track/monitor/support partner pipeline
Work and connect with all north america bose sales, technical, and distributions teams on partner information to accelerate revenue within all regions
Achieve quota targets for assigned dmr partners
Required experience
5+ years’ experience in unified communications; conferencing as a category is helpful
3+ years’ experience working directly with cdw, dell, insight, and other national dmr partners
A proven track revenue of quota achievement with the dmr channel
Experience in on boarding and enablement activities for partners
Ability to discuss technical capabilities at the “features and benefits” functional level
Ability to analyze metrics and articulate findings
Strong project management skills, proven analytical skills, and attention to detail
Detailed understanding of a “distribution to the channel” model
Good balance of strategic and tactical skills along with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a team selling environment
Must be able to travel north america up to 50% of the time
