Coordinates and schedules an extensive menu of outpatient imaging exams (with different preparations, clinical criteria and radiology protocols) while ensuring data accuracy in order to achieve patient safety and positive outcomesEffective interpersonal skills in dealing with others including patients, families, employees and medical staff to maximize communication and productivity while demonstrating the highest level of service excellence to all callersMaintain an in-depth, updated knowledge of the multiple baptist health imaging facilities, their service offerings, driving directions and other pertinent information to educate patients and facilitate a positive patient experienceCustomer service expectations include meeting and/or exceeding departmental service levels (80/20 - 80% of calls answered within 20 seconds) an abandoned call rate of <5% and individual call quality goalsMaintain knowledge of baptist health pricing and financial assistance options and refer callers as appropriate to the corporate pricing office and the financial assistance department.
