The delivery manager 5 (manager) plays a critical role in the success of bluebeam`s product development and value delivery to customers.
The delivery manager 5 is a people-manager role and is a hybrid function that properly balances people management with individual contributor duties, such as filling in as a program manager when necessary to help software development teams plan, build and deliver solutions more efficientlyYou ensure delivery managers reporting to you will work with each initiative team to thoughtfully structure and manage integrated, multi-track efforts towards meeting team`s goals and delivering value to our customers.
This role can work remotely but will be expected to commute into the office for occasional team meetings.

What you will be doing:
Directly support, develop and coach people in the pdm department.
Champion agile training and coaching curriculum across the organization.
Be a leader on best practices and subject matters expertise for all things product delivery management related.
Own and drive internal product delivery management excellence initiatives, inspiring new techniques that evolve our practice.
Own and drive across company process improvements initiatives that will improve pdlc – product development life cycle.
Influence culture and evolve leadership style to continuously improve how we support our team.
Coach and influence peer people managers across the organization.
Engage on strategic planning activities.
Partner closely with product management leads, engineering leads and product design leads to inspire and motivate the initiative core teams and delivery teams, keeping the context, goals, and success metrics clear for them and promoting collaboration, continuous learning, and a `can do it` spirit.
Improve identification and removal of impediments for our delivery teams, working across all levels of the organization in pursuit of timely and effective solutions.
Embrace continuous improvement in all things, especially in processes and communication.
Manage resourcing and budgeting in a matrix organization.
Drive initiative lessons learned sessions that result in insights to act on future initiatives.
Ba/bs degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 to 15 years of proven professional experience along with project management and/or scrum master experience in an environment employing agile product development practices(experience in software industries strongly preferred)
Demonstrated leadership skills within the group.
Adequate presentation and communication skill with senior leadership of org.
Shares knowledge with broader tech community on all things dm/sm related.
Demonstrated ability to drive complex process improvement projects.
Entry level strategic role on steering operational excellence.
Perceived potential in people management traits and ability to develop others in a servant leadership style.
Highly pro-active on identifying and implementing continuous improvements on the dm knowledge area application at bluebeam with some direction.
Nice to have experience with customer experience infrastructure (cxi) / salesforce or ecommerce
Nice to have scrum at scale certification.
Nice to have pmp/acp certification.
Nice to have experience with international localizations.
