We started bloom institute of technology because we believe that the “traditional” model of higher education is brokenEvery year, people as young as 17 years old take on tens of thousands of dollars in student debt and pray that the education they’re investing in will land them on a job on the other side unfortunately, traditional colleges and universities have no incentive to ensure their graduates get hired – they get paid regardless at bloomtech, we believe there is a better way to approach education.

The enrollment coach is responsible for providing a best-in-class experience for all bloomtech applicants while helping them navigate the process of making a life-changing decision.
This is a full-time, remote role requiring flexibility to make calls to prospective learnersThis role is learner-facingBecause we work with adult learners nationwide, some morning, evening, or weekend hours may be expected for call campaigns, events, or appointments outside of normal working hours (8 am - 5 pm pacific).
What you`ll do:
Enthusiastically reach out to a high volume of new applicants daily via phone and email to guide them through the admissions process
Respond to emails, texts, support tickets, and voicemails from existing applicants as you help them navigate the admissions process from application to day 1 of school
Set proper expectations with applicants about the amount of work required to succeed at bloomtech
Achieve and aspire to exceed weekly/monthly metrics
Master the use of internal systems and applications in order to become more efficient in your daily activities
Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals
Demonstrate empathy for the struggles and challenges of our students.
What you`ll need:
At least 6 months to 1+ year of experience in customer service, university enrollment, recruiting, or sales
Experience managing a high volume of daily outbound/inbound phone communication
Enterprise software experience (crm, salesforce, outreach, hubspot, excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding goals
A growth mindset: you’re always looking for ways to improve yourself and your environment
Determination to persevere through challenges and adversity
Motivation: you are a rockstar at finding ways to motivate everyone around you
Confidence and ability to learn and use new tools and systems
Organized and methodical - we’re a startup with lots of moving pieces and you must stay on top of them
