Billingplatform is seeking a customer success manager to join our rapidly growing customer success organizationAs a customer success manager, you will manage day-to-day interaction and long term strategic business relationships with customers.
As a customer success manager, you will work closely across all groups within billingplatform including sales & marketing, professional services, customer support, and product development to ensure our customers are represented across every part of the organization.
The key to success in this role is to be the trusted advisor for the customer, aligning to their business needs, helping them achieve intended outcomes, and realizing value from their investment in billingplatform products.
Retain and grow revenue for existing customers while minimizing customer churn
Support customers as they grow and develop on the platform and drive continuous value realization during the customer lifecycle
Define success metrics and kpi’s for customers to continuously track, measure, and report to executive sponsors and stakeholders
Adhere to standard processes and playbooks managing customers throughout the customer journey lifecycle
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth among our customer base through a consistent cadence of customer communication
Represent the customer and provide input into key decisions around sales and marketing processes as well as product roadmap
Act as the main point of contact for strategic customers to mediate requests between our customer and billingplatform
Understand our customer’s business challenges and goals and recommend new product features to support them
Collaborate closely with sales to drive growth opportunities
Work closely with marketing in identifying opportunities for customers to act as billingplatform advocates
Be the “voice of the customer” internally at billingplatform, advocating on behalf of customers to product and executive forums
Develop success plans that outline customer outcomes and define steps that will lead to realization of these goals
Up to 20% travel required
5+ years in a customer success, relationship management, consulting, architect or similar customer facing role
Highly organized with the ability to multitask
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Experience working with and managing c-level stakeholders and customers
Willingness to learn new processes, businesses, and technologies
Demonstrate leadership qualities
Passion for customer service and success
Some experience in billing or finance operations is preferable.
