Mission:
Bill.com is looking for a senior creative producer for our creative studio within marketingThe senior creative producer will help drive internal and external creative projects and campaigns to completion ensuring that project requirements are metA successful candidate will also be an expert communicator, adept at engaging all levels of contributors up to executive stakeholders, and working with many different types of creative professionals and creative outputs, including: social marketing, email marketing, campaigns, collateral, ad testing, video content, etc.
This role will be 5-10% video productionWe are looking for a well-rounded individual who has worked across multiple mediums and a breadth of digital asset types.

Manage projects/programs/campaigns through the entire lifecycle: planning, creative, production, and delivery
Define project scope, including timeline, internal/external resources, labor hours, and external costs
Work closely with creative leads and marketers to proactively clarify creative brief, scope, requirements and deliverables when there is ambiguity
Determine where additional cross-functional resources are needed and project manage team to deliver results for the key driver
Ensure all deliverables are meeting stakeholder expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets, creation of budget controls to drive accuracy in forecasting, and alignment with legal department to ensure relevant guidelines are followed
Facilitate project-related team meetings (i.eKick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.), and communicate action steps to the broader team
Anticipate bottlenecks, resolve roadblocks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical and creative constraints
Work with legal and business teams to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution
Clearly communicate project status with stakeholders regularly
Initiate vendor paperwork (including ndas, sows, advance requests, etc.) and manage the vendor invoice process
Professional experience/background to be successful in this role:

12+ years overall at either a creative agency or in-house5+ years experience within an in-house creative agency
Competencies (attributes needed to be successful in this role):
Experience instilling operational excellence within an internal creative team, when working across teamsIdeally, you have helped an in-house creative team grow from startup, or just post ipo, to a high functioning, mature internal agency
Deep understanding of design, video, email marketing, collateral, and paid social marketing workflows and deliverables
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A high attention to detail, strong management skills, and the ability to manage multiple, organization-wide deadlines
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected
Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach marketing efforts
Experience with project management applications and tools
Possess a strong network of agency/vendor/freelance relationships and experience with competitive bidding
Experience negotiating talent agreements and familiarity with sag-aftra and afm agreements
Must be able to negotiate estimates on jobs as well as stay on budget and follow through with all required legal requirements between agencies and partners
Expected outcomes in 3, 6, or 12 months:
In 90 days
Become proficient with existing process and facilitate work being completed
Have identified areas for process improvements and ready to collaborate and take action on the change management needed to improve our workflows
Build relationships with the creative team and fellow marketers and be well integrated into the organization and role
In 12 months
Have helped craft a highly optimized process for all major workflows within the creative team
Have documented processes for marketing new-hire onboarding (and new requestors) for working with the creative studio
Worked with marketing ops and it to help customize tools to meet process needs
Worked with content creators, campaign leaders, and project requestors throughout the organization to help streamline processes, so the creative studio can proactively staff projects
