THE GROWTH LEAD ROLE

As Growth Lead, you will be executing marketing tactics and bringing to life the best possible growth strategy for Italy. You will be developing our customer acquisition channels and brand in Italy, in a journey to become the online leader in the country.
Specifically, we expect you to:
Coordinate our marketing channels in Italy as an holistic machine for acquisition and retention;
Responsible for the implementation and control of a localized PPC strategy;
Develop and evaluate new business opportunities and growth strategies for Barkyn in Italy;
Present frequent analytical reports on the market performance;
Develop compelling, insightful recommendations and work efficiently to operationalize them.
Native Italian speaker, living in Italy;
At least 5 years of experience in a Marketing roles;
Experience in a B2C company with physical products;
Technical experience in PPC and one other marketing channel;
Experience in Reporting and metrics;
Fluent in English.
Past experience at a startup;
Past experience managing the Italian market for an international company;
Past experience in the Pet Market;
