Who you are you will own and drive momentum for all day-to-day deliverables as the primary internal and external point of contact for projectsYou must be a strong, independent leader, decision maker and great communicatorYou’ll work closely with multiple teams within bhg to ensure that project goals are accomplished on time and on budget and that expectations are surpassedThe ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, comfortable with change, and able to work with a high volume of projectsDuties will involve defining project deliverables, leading scoping process, aligning resources against project needs, and working with internal resources to execute and deliver projects.
What you'll do
Partner with project and product owners to define and scope work to be done based on business context and objectives.
Work across an integrated marketing team—strategy, performance, pr, creative, development, product—and key cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and complete projects on schedule.
Ensure cross-team collaboration, proper planning, execution and delivery, leveraging established team review and approval processes.
Prepare and lead project plans, racis, documentation, critical production schedules, and risk mitigation for project workstreams.
Act as the liaison between teams for deliverables in a dynamic environmentYou are the keeper of truth and must keep the trains on track.
Orchestrate and facilitate kick-offs and status meetings, working with teams and individuals to ensure smooth collaboration and resolve issues as needed.
Ensure we achieve deadlines, milestones, and quality goals.
What you'll need
Bachelor degree required
8+ years marketing, branding or advertising project and/or program management experience managing multiple global scale campaigns and initiatives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Developed organizational and planning skills with extreme attention to detail
A proactive, efficient, and resourceful approach and ability to thrive in a creative, flexible, and ambiguous environmentMust be able to think on the fly and pivot when necessary and drive projects forward.
Facilitation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively collaborate and influence across many functions and levels of the organization
Authoritative expectation management skills
Graceful when working to tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with a variety of audiences at all levels.
