Senior staff end user support engineer (remote)

As a senior staff end user support engineer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues they have with our software productsYou work independently and contribute to your immediate team and to other teams across business.
As a senior staff end user support engineer, you will be responsible for:
Working directly with customers to solve escalated technical product issues
Managing the backlog of incoming issues and ensuring other engineers are following up with customer
Understanding the technical details of our software products
Working with the commercial team to ensure software and computers are up to date and can be delivered to customers.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor of science in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, or computer science.
Have 4 years or more experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting and/or experience working with software issues.
Have knowledge of software products, computers, operating systems and networking.
Have good communication, learning and problem-solving skills
Have the ability to stay organized and focused while supporting multiple areas of shifting technical and conceptual complexity.
