Technical support specialist Bottlecapps is hiring a technical support specialistThis is a full time remote position – no agencies.

Technical support specialist
As a technical support representative, you will be working with our customers to identify issues related to their e-commerce applications, point of sale integrations, data validation and clean upThis job requires you to apply logical thought process to troubleshoot the issueYou will be required to call or email the customers to resolve their issueThis position offers the opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company and to quickly learn new skills.
Deliver exceptional service and support to customers via telephone, email, and chats. Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms and issues. Work with offshore teams to resolve the issue and deploy the fix at the customers location. Remote login to customer’s site and deploy applications or change the configuration of existing application. Identify and escalate priority issues per customer and company specifications. Use microsoft excel to transform, cleanup or deduplicate data Follow up and make scheduled callbacks or emails to customers where necessary. Stay current with system information, changes and updates. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Other tasks as assigned.
Experience and skills:
A minimum of 2 year of experience as customer service or technical support. Experience with using or working on point-of-sale systems. Experience of working with software products is a must. Strong customer service-oriented attitude Good knowledge of microsoft excel is required. Ability to multitask and process different kinds of interactions at once. Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to collaborate in a team environment with a can-do attitude.
· knowledge of liquor products or liquor industry in general is a plus.
