Colombo 4 Head of Business System Engineering Full - time , permanent
This position is part of the Business Systems Team who are responsible for maintaining and expanding upon the current Salesforce.com Stack .
It is suitable for someone who is looking for a challenging administration role , looking to improve , complex business processes and workflows .
As part of our fantastic Business Systems Team , you will provide training and support to 500 Salesforce users to drive adoption and best practice Maintain the current Salesforce environment ensuring it is up to date , operational and performing in line with requirements Be the first point of contact for our users when they are having problems using Salesforce , working towards implementing fixes or gathering requirements to pass to Salesforce Developers Create , manage and optimize objects , fields , formulas , workflows and approvals to expand upon , automate and improve complex business processes , including the use of communities Ensure processes are documented within the team and identify any key risk areas Support Salesforce environment with 500+ users Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance , reports Work with the team to establish suitable processes to support administrative , development , and change management activities Own and manage relationships Engaging with teams and individuals to understand pain points ; providing feedback and input on future releases that target improved business value Support upskilling of existing users with relevant system training to drive increased user adoption Take part in monitoring data quality and integrity and perform data tasks including de - duping and data cleansing Assist the support team with the ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users as per defined SLAs via JIRA
SKILLS & PROFICIENCIES
Experience of managing a multi - disciplinary service team , handling multiple priorities and complex requirements Experience of managing vendors and holding them to account Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem - solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Strong attention to detail , organisation skills and communication skills Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex processes Additional duties as assigned .

Area Professional Qualification I certification Experience
2+ years administering and customizing CRM systems Salesforce experience essential : Sales ; Service & Marketing
Cloud Strong functional knowledge of CRM , Sales and Support
automation processes Demonstrate experience in a customized Salesforce environment
- administering and customizing the platform using Process Builder , Flows and Workflow Rules Salesforce change management , using sandboxes to build , test
and deploy change sets as and when required Working with a divers set of users and key stakeholders
throughout the business on / off site Detail and results oriented , takes the initiative and makes things
happen in a dynamic environment Capable of demonstrating a sharp learning curve to become
productive , enthusiastic and dependable quickly Be able to multitask , commit to meeting targets with competing
priorities and deadlines Excellent problem solving , analytical , organisation and project
management skills Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with key
stakeholders internally and externally .
